Rental Rates and Terms & Conditions

We offer 7 night breaks in the school holidays and shorter breaks with flexible check in/out days at other times.

We generally charge a flat rate all year round but in low season (late October to Easter) avoiding school holidays we are pleased to offer a reduced rate of £150 per night - minimum of 3 nights.

Our standard nightly rate for upto 6 guests is £180-£200 per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights.  2 night stays are £200pn and single night stays are £300pn.

Upto 2 extra guests can be added for £20 per night per person

Dogs (or other pets) stay for free up-to an agreed maximum depending on the size of breed but generally given the size of our garden we accept unto 4 small breeds, 2 medium/large. 

All bedding and towels are provided.

During the holidays and peak times we ask for a minimum stay of 7 nights.  

There is no set check in day - we are flexible to suit you.  Check in time is generally 3pm and check out is 10am but these can be varied to suit you with prior arrangement.

There is a cleaning charge of £65 per break.

Prices

Prices are for the whole house which sleeps up to 8 and includes heating, towels, bedding and WiFi.
Discounts for Weekly booking in low season and monthly Bookings.
