Rental Rates and terms

We generally charge a flat rate all year round but in low season (late October to  Easter) avoiding school holidays we are pleased to offer a reduced rate of £100 per night - minimum of 3 nights.

Our standard nightly rate is £130 per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights.  2 night stays are £150pn and single night stays are £200pn.

A charge of £15 per night is made if using the sofabed.

For stays of 7 nights or more we offer a discount of 10% off the standard rate.

There are NO additional charges. Dogs (or other pets) stay for free up-to an agreed maximum depending on the size of breed but generally given the size of our garden we accept unto 4 small breeds, 2 medium/large. There is no cleaning fee. This covers up-to a maximum of 6 guests.

All bedding and towels are provided.

During the holidays and peak times we ask for a minimum stay of 3 nights.  

There is no set check in day - we are flexible to suit you.  Check in time is generally 3pm and check out is 10am but these can be varied to suit you with prior arrangement.
